Meet Your Mom Life Mentor

Hi! I’m Tina. I’ve been a nurse in Canada since 2007 and have specialized in labor and delivery since 2012. I’m also a certified breastfeeding specialist and certified perinatal nurse, giving me the expertise to support families during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. As a mom of four (yes, four!), I know firsthand the joys and challenges that come with this incredible journey.

While I love supporting families at the bedside and helping them achieve their birth goals, my passion has expanded through social media as Mama Nurse Tina. By sharing evidence-based pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding advice with a mix of humor and compassion, I’ve been able to empower women and families worldwide to feel confident in their birthing experiences. And because things don’t always go as planned, I also focus on helping moms navigate those unexpected moments with strength and resilience.

I’m so excited to have you here as part of this journey to informed, empowered motherhood!
